Racine – William T. 'Peach' Norwood, passed away at his residence on Tuesday, October 30, 2012. Peach was born in Waukegan, IL on December 30, 1941 to William and Clara (nee, Montgomery) Norwood, both of whom predeceased him. On June 19, 1971, he and Kathi (nee, Werner) joined in marriage. He was a bus driver, both school and commercial, until he retired for health reasons in 2003. Peach is survived by his wife; his daughter, Tonia; his grandsons, Kendell, Devon and Cameron; and his great-grandson, Kendell, Jr. He is also survived by his sisters, Wanda Elder, Robyn Norwood-Lee and Renee Manson. Memorial services for Peach will be held at the funeral home on Wednesday, November 7, 2012 at 6:30 p.m. Relatives and friends may meet with the family at the funeral home on Wednesday evening from 5 p.m. until the time of the service.
