RACINE – William Lee Hancock, 61, passed away at Wheaton Franciscan All Saints on Monday, September 28, 2015. Bill was born in Portage, WI on June 1, 1954 to Francis C. and Elizabeth (nee, Holland) Hancock. On May 18, 1985, Bill married the former Robin Kewan in Milwaukee. He served in the U.S. Army and retired from the U.S. Postal Service after more than 32 years. Survivors include his wife, Robin Hancock; daughters, Marcia (Bryan), Elizabeth (Garry) and Rhiannon (Mark); his son, Clinton (Ann); granddaughters, Briahnna, Amayah, Stellah and Zoey; grandson, Lance; and his brothers, Scott (Mary Ann) and Kim. Bill is also survived by aunts, uncles, mother-in-law, father-in-law, brothers-in-law, sister-in-law, nieces, nephews and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents. A Memorial Service for Bill will be held at Trinity Ev. Lutheran Church, 7900 Nicholson Road, on Friday, October 2, 2015 at 6 p.m. Relatives and friends are invited to meet with the family at the church from 4 p.m. until the time of the service at 6 p.m. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to BACA; Bikers Against Child Abuse International, BACAworld.org.
