RACINE – William A. Van Brunt, 75, passed away at Ascension All Saints on Monday, March 19, 2018. Bill was born in Durand, WI on August 28, 1942 to Fern F. and Clara L. (nee, Swain) Van Brunt. He retired from J.I. Case Company. Bill was a member of the Twenty-Year Club at Case Company. He enjoyed cards and playing the horses. Survivors include his grandchildren, Jennifer (Steve) Gholson, Billy (Crystal) Van Brunt III and Brandi Ynocencio; great grandchildren, Levi Gholson and William Van Brunt IV; his sister, Barbara Bentz; former wife, Alveria Van Brunt; and good friend and caregiver, Mary Fuhst. Bill was preceded in death by his parents; son, William Van Brunt; granddaughter, Jessica Lynn "Pumpkin" Van Brunt; and brother, John "Jack" Van Brunt. In keeping with Bill's wishes, cremation has taken place. Memorials may be directed to a charity of one's choice.
