RACINE – Warren S. Honore' born June 30th, 1936 passed away Christmas Day 2017 at the age of 81 after a long and arduous battle with a form of Alzheimer's Disease.Warren was preceded in death by his loving parents; Gilbert and Gladys (Wold) Honore'. Warren is the eldest brother to Jerome, Daniel and Steven, and is survived by his brothers, cousins, nieces and nephews too numerous to mention here but well thought of in his lifetime.Warren was a graduate of Washington Park High School and an enlisted member of the Wisconsin Air National Guard. Early in his career, he worked for Cutco and went on to become a prosperous Fuller Brush salesman. Warren opened his own successful business selling life and health insurance, annuities, offering tax return services and financial planning. He loved his work, friends, meeting new people, barbeques, poker, large family gatherings, his many dogs and singing with the Church Singers and Harmonia. Warren married young and had three children, Jay (Yvonne), Christine (Stanley) and Kathy; four grandchildren, Samuel, Michele, Elizabeth and Ian; and two great grandchildren, Tyler and Lucille.Warren's family would like to thank the staff at Azura (Kenosha North), and the staff at Oak Ridge (Union Grove) for their kindness and tender care towards Warren. Warren's oldest son Jay and daughter Christine would like to extend an extra special thank you to their baby sister Kathy and her family, Elizabeth, Ian and Lucille for all the wonderful treats, outings, handholding, hugs, kisses, and special care during Warrens most vulnerable moments. A memorial service for Warren will be held at the funeral home Wednesday, January 3rd, 2018 at 5:00 p.m. Relatives and friends are invited to meet with the family at the funeral home from 4:00 p.m. until the time of the service at 5:00 p.m.
