RACINE – Vladeta "Stan" Stanosevic, 73, passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, February 18, 2018. Stan was born in Zabare, Serbia on August 15, 1944 to the late Momcilo and Dusanka (nee, Zivic) Stanosevic. He arrived in the United States with his young family in 1974. He was happily married to the former Dragana Babic for over 53 years. Stan had worked for Tree Machine, Belle Tool, retiring from Metro Machinery. He was a member of St. George Serbian Orthodox Church. Stan loved to travel, photograph and had a meticulous eye for detail, but most of all he loved spending time with his grandsons. Survivors include his wife, Dragana Stanosevic; children, Danko (Zdravica) Stanosevic and Daniela "Danni" (Zarko) Ilic; and his grandsons, Stefan and Petar Stanosevic. Stan will be sadly missed by his family, kumovi and friends. In keeping with Stan's wishes, a private family service will be held. Interment will take place at Forest Hill Memorial Park in Oak Creek. The family would like to extend a special thanks to Dr. Jay, and his staff, especially Diane and Lynn; and to the staff at Ascension All Saints Rehabilitation for all their compassionate care.
