Obituary
Racine- Vivian F. Neal, passed away at her home on Friday, February 16, 2024.
Vivian was born in Arkansas on December 23, 1951 to Frank and Lillian (nee: Finks) Harris, Jr. She worked in various professions throughout her working life. Viv was a medical assistant and retired from accounting. She enjoyed traveling, bowling, gambling and listening to music. Viv was born with the gift gab and loved to chat.
She is survived by her children, Stephanie Annette Neal, Linda Michelle Neal, Edward Neal, Jr. and Everett Lamont Neal, 15 grandchildren, great grandchildren, sister Karen Harris and Pat Harris and brother Wayne Harris. Viv is further survived by a host of other relatives and friends.
A visitation for Viv will be held at the funeral home on Friday from 10:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. Funeral service will follow at 11:00 a.m. Private interment will take place.
