Racine – Victoria D. Leszczynski, 81, went home to be with the Lord and reunited with her husband Peter on Thursday, October 3, 2013. Victoria was born in Racine on October 23, 1931 to Bores and Vesa (nee, Stavreff) Stevoff, and always cherished her Macedonian roots. Victoria graduated from Washington Park High School, Class of 1950. On September 30, 1950, she married Peter R. Leszczynski and had 46 wonderful years of marriage prior to his passing. She treasured her beautiful family and her role as a loving and caring daughter, wife, mother, grandmother and sister. She had a great sense of fashion and also enjoyed working at Ann's Smartwear for many years. Victoria is survived by her children, Stephen P. (Cris) Leszczynski and Victoria M. Blamer; grandchildren, Amy (Tim) Feret and Craig Leszczynski; great-granddaughter, Cacey Lake Feret; and her brother, George (Mary) Stevoff. Victoria is also survived by other relatives and lifetime friends. She was preceded in death by her parents and brother, Michael Stevoff. A private family service will be held at St. Mesrob Armenian Apostolic Church with Rev. Yeprem Kelegian officiating. Interment will follow at Holy Cross Cemetery, Hwy 32. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to St. Mesrob Armenian Apostolic Church.
