RACINE – Ursula T. Hayes, 46, passed away on Friday, March 6, 2015. Urs was born in New Jersey on April 21, 1968 to Jeffrey and Catherine (nee, Tice) Hayes. She was a loving mother to her sons, Anthony Ritt and Joseph Nelson who survive her along with her mother, Catherine Tice; and uncles, Zack Hayes and Eli Hayes; other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her father. In keeping with Urs' wishes, a private family memorial gathering will be held. Mom, we just want you to know that we Love you and we will never forget you. And that someday we will all be together again.
