RACINE – Thomas Justin Bianchi, 69, passed away at Ascension All Saints Hospital on Thursday, July 30, 2020. Tom was born in Oakland, California on March 21, 1951 to Julius and Patsy (nee, Sullivan) Bianchi. He served in the U.S. Air Force for 21 years. He enjoyed fishing, photography and was a huge travel buff. He enjoyed being with his family and his two beloved dogs, Charlie and Patches. He was a member of the Salvation Army Church in Oak Creek. Survivors include his wife, DeeDee Bianchi (nee, Whitmore); daughters, Annette Bianchi and Becky (Jason) Lanser; grandchildren, Kylie and Brady; his brother, Bob Bianchi; and sisters-in-law, Lynn Knauff and Holly Bianchi. Tom is also survived by one niece, two nephews, and other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents; brother, Jim Bianchi; and infant daughter, Rebecca Bianchi. In keeping with Tom's wishes cremation has taken place. A Memorial Service for Tom will be held at The Salvation Army: Oak Creek Centennial Church and Community Center, 8853 S. Howell Ave. Oak Creek, at 12:30 p.m. on Sunday, August 9, 2020, with Major Bob Fay officiating. Memorials may be directed to Wounded Warrior Project or Wisconsin Humane Society Racine Campus.
