Susan Irene Foster, 78, passed away on Tuesday, February 3, 2026 at Ascension All Saints Hospital.
She was born in Rushford, New York on April 30, 1947 to the late Donald and Virginia (nee: Perry) Buchanan.
Susan attended local Hinsdale and Olean schools and was a 1990 graduate of Continental School of Beauty. She was employed as a teacher's aide with Washington West Elementary School for over 20 years
She enjoyed crocheting and listening to Elvis Presley and was an avid fan.
Susan is survived by her children Donna (Christopher) Cerny, Joshua (Brianna) Foster and Myra (Lee) Hubbard, stepdaughter Tammy Willard and 12 grandchildren, siblings Kenneth (Barbara) Pangburn, Joyce (Dave) Veno, Donald (Bonnie) Buchanan Jr. and Esther Goodyear .She is further survived by great grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Susan was preceded in death by her parents, son George Foster Jr, daughter Amy Foster, sister Bertha Colley and brother Jeffery Buchanan Sr, also first husband George Foster Sr and second husband Melvin Willard.
