Sophia Fridoline Milosavljevic'Frieda'Racine- Sophia Fridoline 'Frieda' Milosavljevic, 85, went to be with her Lord on Monday, May 7, 2007 at Becker-Shoop Center.Frieda was born in Germany on November 12, 1921 to Heinrich and Fridoline (nee, Busch) Schmitz. Frieda married Radivoje 'Rudy' Milosavljevic on July 15, 1947 in Germany and immigrated to the United States in 1951. She became a U.S. citizen on November 26, 1957. Frieda was the loving mother of Maria and proud grandmother of Rachel and Peter. She enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren, cooking, baking, crocheting, attending stage plays and visiting with friends. She retired from Rainfair, Inc. in Racine after working there for over 35 years. Survivors include her daughter, Maria (Curt) Ingram of Kansasville; grandchildren, Rachel (Todd) Womack of Slinger and Peter (Mindy) Beth of Racine; and great-granddaughter, Megan Grace Beth of Racine. Frieda is further survived by nephew, Winifred (Anna) Stodian; and niece, Annemarie (Alfons) Jaehrling of Germany, as well as special friends, Gina Mutic of Chicago, IL, Helen Vukich and Claire Kadamian, both of Racine. She was preceded in death by her husband, Rudy; two sisters; and three brothers.Private services will be held at West Lawn Memorial Park with Rev. Tim Hull officiating. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the Alzheimer's Association of Wisconsin or Asera Care Hospice of West Allis, WI.The family would like to extend a special thanks to the staff of Becker-Shoop Center for 11 years of excellent care, and to Asera Care Hospice for their compassion.
