RAYMOND – Shirley F. Contois, 71, passed away at Wheaton Franciscan All Saints on Monday, January 11, 2016. Shirley was born in Milwaukee on November 20, 1944 to Junior F. and Adeline E. Washburn. She married Robert P. Contois, Sr. He preceded her in death. Shirley had been very active in her church and loved her word search, but most of all she was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and a cherished sister. Survivors include her children, Robin Contois and Robert P. Contois, Jr.; grandchildren, Derek and Holly; great grandchildren, Jaylynn and Ruben; and her brothers and sisters, Richard (Donna) Washburn, Michael (Rose) Washburn, Susan Czarnecki and Laurie (James) Ueberfluss. Shirley is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews. In keeping with Shirley's wishes, cremation has taken place. Inurnment will be at Forest Hill Memorial Park. The family would like to extend a special thanks to the nursing staff at Wheaton Franciscan All Saints for all of their compassionate care.
