Shelley L. Ostrowski, 63, of Caledonia, passed away peacefully on Thursday, July 23, 2026, at Columbia St. Mary's Hospital in Milwaukee.

Born on September 21, 1962, in Milwaukee to the late Richard J. and Judith Ann (Smith) Armstrong, Shelley graduated from Pulaski High School in 1980 and married the love of her life, Shannon Ostrowski, on September 17, 1994. Together they built a life centered on love and family.
Shelley worked as an accountant with Transport Logistics until her retirement in 2019.

While she enjoyed her career, nothing brought her greater happiness than spending time with those she loved. She had a kind heart, a warm spirit, and a quiet strength that will be deeply missed by everyone who knew her.

Shelley is lovingly remembered by her husband of 31 years, Shannon; her sons, Shawn (Jane Steinert) and Shane; her granddaughter, Luna; her siblings, Todd (Val), Kelly, Maria, and Gregory; her stepmother, Judith Armstrong; along with many other relatives and dear friends.

A celebration of Shelley's life will be held at a later date.
