Sarah AsdigianRacine-Sarah Asdigian, 77, passed away on Friday, July 6, 2007 at Harmony House.Sarah was born in Racine on October 5, 1929 to Sarkis and Elizabeth (nee: Youghourtjian) Asdigian. She worked as Clerk of Courts for the Racine Police Department. Sarah was a member of St. Michael's Episcopal Church Ladies Guild.She is survived by two brothers, John (Joanne) Asdigian and George (Aznev) Asdigian; Three sisters, Rose (Harry) Savagian, Katherine Kaprelian, and Nancy (Dikran) Mahdasian. Sarah is further survived by many nieces, and nephews, other relatives and friends; including lifelong friends of the Andekian family. She was preceded in death by her parents, Sarkis and Elizabeth Asdigian and her brother in law, Charles Kaprelian.Funeral services for Sarah will be held at St. Michael's Episcopal Church, 4701 N. Erie Street on Tuesday, July 10, 2007 at 10:00 a.m. with Rev. Terry McGugan officiating. Interment will follow in Graceland Cemetery. Relatives and friends may meet with the family at the church on Tuesday morning from 9:00 a.m. until the time of services. In lieu of flowers, memorials to Hospice Alliance or St. Michael's Episcopal Church have been suggested.
