Ruth Luedtke Racine - Ruth Luedtke, passed away on Thursday, January 24, 2008. Ruth was born in Racine on February 4, 1921 to Mr. & Mrs. John W. Thielen. She married Frank Luedtke on November 22, 1941. Ruth was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church. She loved to travel and spend time fishing with Frank. Ruth dedicated her life to her family and raising her children.Survivors include her husband, Frank Luedtke; children, Frank J. (Linda) Luedtke and Lindy Luedtke; grandson, Christopher Luedtke; and great granddaughter, Bailey Luedtke. Ruth is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her brothers and sisters, Fred Thielen, Clara Hennig, Rita Reese and Norbert Thielen. Funeral services for Ruth will be held at the funeral home on Tuesday, January 29, 2008 at 10:30 a.m. Private Interment will take place at West Lawn Memorial Park. Relatives and friends may meet with the family at the funeral home on Monday evening from 6 until 7:30 p.m. and on Tuesday morning from 9:30 a.m. until the time of services. Memorials may be directed to Sacred Heart Catholic Church or a charity of one's choice.
