RACINE – Russell L. Skow, 93, passed away at Bay Pointe on Sunday, June 24, 2018. Russell was born in Racine, on November 24, 1924 to Roy D. and Nell (nee, Nelson) Skow. on September 2, 1944, He retired from Continental Can. Russell married the former Kathryn Zeratsky. She preceded him in death on March 12, 2016. Survivors include his daughter, Catherine Jaeck; son, Roger (Karen) Skow; grandchildren, Jeremy (Lisa) Skow, Kari Skow-Hohnl and David R. (Sarah) Jaeck; great grandchildren, Nathan Hohnl, Jack Hohnl, Dani Rae Skow and Lana Jaeck to be born in November; and his former son-in-law, David F. Jaeck. Russell is also survived by nieces, nephew, other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by her parents. In keeping with Russell's wishes, there will be no service. Cremation has taken place. Memorials may be directed to the Wisconsin Humane Society in Russell's name.
