RACINE – Rosemarie B. "Roe" Vlasak, 60, passed away at Wheaton Franciscan All Saints on Tuesday, August 18, 2015. Roe was born in Racine on September 10, 1954 to Sam J. and Mae F. (nee, Grady) Buscemi. On August 5, 1995, Roe married Joseph A. Vlasak. Together they owned and operated RoJo's Pub. Roe loved spending time up north, especially her weekend getaways to her home in Crivitz. Survivors include her husband, Joseph A. Vlasak; daughters, Lisa Kovach and Stacy Roeschen; grandchildren, Brett, Austin, Andrew, Caleb and Brooklyn; her brother, John (Leone) Buscemi; and her sister, Barbara "Bobbie" Buscemi. Roe is also survived by other relatives and many friends. She was preceded in death by her parents; her brother, Eugene "Sonny" and sister, Debbie. A Memorial visitation for Roe will be held at the funeral home on Monday, August 24, 2015 from 1 p.m. 3 p.m. A Memorial Service will be held at 3 p.m. The family would like to extend a special thanks to the staff at Wheaton Franciscan All Saints 3rd Floor, especially Ruth and to Dr. Michael Mullane, Lisa and his staff for all of their compassionate care they provided to Roe and her family.
