Obituary

Racine- Rosa C. Mobley, 91 passed away on Friday, May 17, 2024 at Ascension All Saints.



She was born in Orlando, Florida to the late Marion and Lois (nee: Marchant) Stembridge.



Rosa was a southern bell from Savannah, GA. She was a proud military wife who traveled and lived all over the world loving every minute of it. She was an independent, lovable woman who loved to travel and be out in the sun. While putting all her love and energy into loving her daughters and grandchildren. From taking them to the beach, on bike rides, and many different travels, or Teaching her grandchildren to blow bubbles,  play cards, and appreciate old tv. Rosa loved watching the wildlife from her window that overlooked Lake Michigan, From her hummingbirds fluttering around her feeder, the geese splashing in the pond, to the deer that visited her window. She had the biggest heart and would do anything for anyone. The love she gives and has left to her family is infinite and will transcend lifetimes.



She is survived by her daughter Sabrina DeLotell; her grandchildren James DeLotell, Jasmine (Aaron) Fanning, and Jena Sterno; her great-grandchildren Lihana, Haven, Brianna and Aiden Hair.



In addition to her parents, Rosa is preceded in death by her daughters Pamela Atwood and Vicki Sterno; her Grandson Ryan Sterno and great-grandson Axel Amos; her brothers Wesley and Louis Stembridge and her sisters Vera Alagood and Evelyn Ellis.





Racine's Celebration of life For Rosa will be held Saturday, June 1st, 2024 at 1pm. The Celebration will be held at The Blue, 835 Washington Ave.  Racine, WI 53402



A private memorial service for Rosa will be held in Savannah at a later date.
