Racine – Ronald E. Unrein, 59, passed away at Hospice House in Pleasant Prairie on Saturday, July 9, 2011. Ron was born in Racine on July 27, 1951, the son of the late Joyce Londre and Louis Toutant. Ron worked and retired from Racine Federated. He was proud to be in the Racine Federated Family for over 30 years. He loved Hunting, Fishing, watching Football, Nascar Racing, Baseball and Basketball.Ron is survived by his brothers, Louis (Gina) Toutant, Chris (Lynn) Toutant, Edward Thompson and Richard Hart; sisters, Linda Emmerling, Sandy Thompson, Tammy Thompson, Cheryl Dixon and Debra Toutant. He is further survived by his special uncle, Howard Woodword; uncles, Jerry (Pat) Londre and Rick (Mary) Londre; and aunts, Beverly Funk, Sharon Huck, Marilyn Highman, Arlene Londre and Sandi (Dan) Muleski; and many nieces, nephews and cousins. He was preceded in death by his parents; his special aunt, Dorothy Woodward; and his sister, Pamela Toutant. A Memorial Service for Ron will be held at the funeral home on Wednesday, July 13, 2011 at 7 p.m. Relatives and friends may meet with the family at the funeral home on Wednesday evening from 5 p.m. until the time of the service.A special thanks to Racine Federated, all the nurses at Dr. Mulane's office and The Hospice Alliance for their help during Ron's illness.
