Ronald L. Seyferth 89, passed away at the Villa at Lincoln Park on Monday, July 6, 2020. Ron was born in Racine on March 3, 1931, to the late, Oscan and Myrtle (nee, Litcheheld) Seyferth. On June 26, 1955, he married the former Lucille Mueller, celebrating 65 years of marriage. Ron served in the U.S. Marine Corp during the Korean War. He recently had the honor of going to Washington D.C. on the Honor Flight with his son, Larry. Ron was very active in the community. He was a longtime member of the Racine Lions Club, receiving the Melvin Jones Award. He was also active in the Racine Humane Society and Trinity Lutheran Church. Ron was very giving of his time. Survivors include his wife, Lucille Seyferth; sons, Larry (Maureen) Seyferth, Randy (Theresa) Seyferth, John (Mary) Seyferth and Todd (Pam) Seyferth; his grandchildren, Jason, Matthew, Sarah, Heather, Blake, Steven and Abbey; and six great grandchildren. Ron is also survived by other relatives and friends. Private family services will be held. Inurnment will take place at Southern Wisconsin Veterans Memorial Cemetery with Full Military Honors.
