Obituary
He was born in Racine on October 4, 1957 to the late Joseph and Sylvia (nee: Gray) Pietsch.
In 1979, Roger married Francesca Germanotta.
He was employed with Western Publishing for over 15 years and Graham Packaging until his retirement. Roger enjoyed golf and spending time at home.
He is survived by his wife of 45 years Francesca Pietsch, his sons Anthony, Andrew and Alex Pietsch; his ten grandchildren Giuseppe, Francesca, Ayden, Annalia, Mosimo, Angelina, Alessandro, Giuseppina, Mariah and Anna; his siblings Jim, Joe, Danny, Mary and Patty.
In addition to his parents, Roger is preceded in death by his brothers Dick, Ron and Dave.
Funeral services for Roger will be held on Wednesday, February 26, 2025 at 12:00 p.m. at Purath-Strand Funeral Home. Entombment will follow in Holy Cross Cemetery, HWY 32. A visitation will be held on Wednesday from 11:00 a.m. until the time of service at the funeral home.
