Arlington, VA - Roberta Hoare, 85, passed away peacefully at the Halquist Inpatient Center, on Thursday, March 27, 2014. Born in Racine, WI. She will be laid to rest on Thursday, April 3 at 10:00 am at the Holy Cross Cemetery, Hwy 32.
