Robert E. TothRacine- Robert E. Toth, 74, passed away at his residence on Thursday, October 11, 2007.Bob was born in Racine on January 25, 1933 to Ralph and Gladys (nee: Nelson) Toth. He was employed at Western Publishing until his retirement. Bob was an avid collector of guns and historic memorabilia. He was a strong supporter of his union. He enjoyed debating politics and current events. Bob was a voracious reader whose favorite quote was 'It is what it is.' Bob had a big heart and a genuine concern for his family and friends.He is survived by his daughters, Deb (Alan) Niesen and Robin (Gerard) Lakatos; grandchildren, Tara (Cody Aston) Niesen, Trent Niesen, Casey Lakatos, and Brenna Lakatos; sister, Vilma Allen; nieces, Lynne and Dawn; and nephew, John III. Bob is further survived by a special cousin, Barb, other relatives, and many close friends.A memorial service for Bob will be held at the funeral home on Sunday, October 14, 2007 at 5:00 p.m. A Private family interment will take place in West Lawn Memorial Park. Relatives and friends may meet with the family at the funeral home on Sunday from 3:00 p.m. until the time of services.
