Racine- Rita J. Jaskulske, 78, passed away at Wheaton Franciscan All Saints on Monday, March 09, 2015.Rita was born in Racine on November 30, 1936 to Nicholas and Elizabeth (nee: Holler) Scholzen. Rita was employed as a production manager in the food service department of Racine Unified Schools. She was a member of St. Paul the Apostle Catholic Church. She enjoyed building puzzles.Rita is survived by her children, Donald (Dianne) Jaskulske, Dawn (Jay) Sadlon, and David (Sue) Jaskulske; grandchildren, Allison Jaskulske, Emily Sadlon, Kyle, Collin (Nichole), Corey Jaskulske and Heather Celmer; great grandchildren to GG, Camden Jaskulske and Calvin Sirtoff; siblings, (Beverly) Scholzen, Marie (Charles) Poehlmann, Joan Potenziani, and Donna Ferguson. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends. Rita was preceded in death by her son Daniel; brothers, John, George, Robert, Charles and Lawrence Scholzen; sisters, Dorothy (Arthur) Shockley and Margaret (Phillip) Thomas; brother in law, Joseph Potenziani and sister in law, Natalie Scholzen.Funeral services for Rita will be held at the funeral home on Saturday, March 14, 2015 at 11 a.m. Interment will follow in Holy Cross Cemetery, Hwy. 32. Relatives and friends may meet with the family at the funeral home on Saturday morning from 9 a.m. until the time of the service at 11 a.m. In lieu of flowers, memorials to St. Paul the Apostle have been suggested.
