Richard E. Brill Racine - Richard E. Brill, passed away at Wheaton Franciscan Healthcare-All Saints on Friday, November 30, 2007 at the age of 70.Dick was born Racine on November 18, 1937 to Richard E. and Marie E. (nee, Vandenboom) Brill. Dick married the former Judith (nee, Ninedorf) on September 24, 1960. He retired from Twin Disc, Inc. after 34 years of service. Dick's passion was flying and was a licensed pilot. As a reserve member and a member of the Civil Air Patrol, he participated in several search and recovery missions. He was a member of the E.A.A. and enjoyed going to the annual air show in Oshkosh each summer. Dick also enjoyed auto racing, especially NASCAR and drag racing. Dick is survived by his wife, Judith; children, Amy (Richard) Busby, Jeff Brill, Debra Brill and Christi (Wayne) Jansen; grandchildren, Adeline and Olivia Busby, Taylor and Christian Brill; and Sydney Tepley; and his brother, James (Barbara) Brill. Dick is also survived by other relatives and friends and was preceded in death by his parents.Relatives and friends may meet with the family at the funeral home on Wednesday evening, December 5, 2007 from 5 p.m. until 8 p.m. Funeral services will be held at the funeral home on Thursday, December 6, 2007 at 10:30 a.m. Interment will follow at Graceland Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the family or the American Heart Association.
