Racine – Patsy J. Karow, nee, Hoffman, 79 passed away at home on Sunday, July 24, 2016. Patsy was born in Racine on April 7, 1937 to Emil and Ruth (nee, McConnell) Hoffman. She was a self-employed caregiver for the elderly for many years.Survivors include two daughters; one step-son; three grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren. Patsy is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by parents; granddaughter, Tammy Eccles; sister, Bernice Harmsen; brother, Charles Hoffman; niece, Wanda Warf; and nephew, Ernie Harmsen; and great nephews, Chad Warf and David Harmsen. In keeping with Patsy's wishes, cremation has taken place. Mom, you will be missed greatly, even knowing you found your pathway to happiness, being home with your mom, dad, brother and sister.
