RACINE – Otto R. Last, 97, passed away at Azura Care of Kenosha on Thursday, March 31, 2016. Otto was born and raised in Riverside, IL, moving to Racine to work for J.I. Case Company. Otto was preceded in death by his first wife, Dorothy Last. He served in the U.S. Coast Guard during WWII. Survivors include his wife, Jesse Last; son, Ron (Carole) Last and daughter, Cheryl (Kerry) Peterson. He is also survived by other relatives and friends. A private family interment service with Full Military Honors will take place at Caledonia Memorial Park Cemetery.
