RACINE- Norbert Edmund "Ed" Neuman, 89, passed away Ascension Healthcare- All Saints on Thursday, February 8, 2018.Ed was born in Racine on November 28, 1928 to Edward and Elsie (nee: Scholz) Neuman. He was employed at Careers industries for many years. Ed enjoyed coloring, reading, fishing, metal detecting and socializing. Ed will be dearly missed by Dave and Jill Torgerson and his Torgerson Adult Family Home Family. Private inurnment will take place in Graceland Cemetery.
