South Milwaukee – Norbert M. Kozlowski, 75, passed away at his home on Thursday, December 5, 2013. Norb was born in Chicago, IL on September 11, 1938 to Edwin and Clara (nee, Swieszcz) Kozlowski. He served in the U.S. Army from 1958 until 1963 after which he earned his Bachelor's Degree from the University of Illinois. Norb owned and operated several Arby's restaurants in Racine, Kenosha and Milwaukee. Norb is survived by cousins and several close friends. He was preceded in death by his parents. In keeping with Norb's wishes, cremation will take place. A private memorial service will be held.
