STURTEVANT – Molly Roehrich, 102, passed away at her home on Saturday, June 27, 2015. Molly was born in Missoula, MT on February 13, 1913 to George and Catherine Geier. She married Herbert Roehrich and he preceded her in death. Molly was strong in her faith. She was active in the women's Missionary League and the Child Evangelism Fellowship at Northside Calvary Memorial Church. Molly was active at Tucker School as the school Treasurer for many years. She loved baseball, gardening and reading, but most of all her grandsons were the love of her life. Survivors include her son and daughter-in-law, Herb and Judi Roehrich; grandsons, David and Dr. Joshua Roehrich; special nieces and nephews, Diane, Mark, Jackie and Evie. Molly is also survived by other nieces and nephews; special friends, Mary, Marion, Judy and Debbie; and neighbors, Mary, Pete and Sig. She was preceded in death by her brothers, George and Phil; as well as sisters, Elizabeth, Katherine, Marie, Mildred and Emma. Funeral services for Molly will be held at the West Lawn Memorial Park Chapel on Wednesday, July 1, 2015 at 9:45 a.m. A visitation will be held at the chapel from 9 a.m. until the time of the service at 9:45 a.m. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to Hospice alliance. The family would like to extend a special thanks to Robert Brown M.D., Molly's caretaker Margaret and the staff at Hospice Alliance for all of their compassionate care.
