Racine – Milomir Durutovic, 65, passed away at Wheaton Franciscan All Saints on Monday, April 23, 2012. Mile was born in Kosovo, Serbia in the village of Zagulj on May 30, 1946 to Milos and Aleksandra (nee, Obradovic) Durutovic. He married the former Milijana Radicevic in Belgrade in October of 1968. He came to Racine from Serbia in 1970. Mile was a member of St. George Serbian Orthodox Church on Braun Road. Mile is survived by his wife, Milijana Durutovic; daughters, Milena Durutovic and Suzana (Ryan) Zamecnik; granddaughter, Aleksandra Rae Zamecnik; brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Radojko and Danica Radicevic; and his nephews, Stefan, Jovan and Lazar Radicevic all of Racine; brother, Vukoje Durutovic; sister, Milanka Vukadinovic in Serbia. Mile is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends from Racine, San Diego and Serbia. He was preceded in death by his parents; and sisters, Zivka, Radosava and Bogdana. Funeral services for Mile will be held on Saturday, April 28, 2012 at 9 a.m. at the funeral home and at 10 a.m. at St. George Serbian Orthodox Church, Braun Road. Interment will follow at St. Sava Cemetery in Libertyville, IL. Relatives and friends may meet with the family at the funeral home on Friday evening from 4 p.m. until 7 p.m. The Mali Pomen will be held at 7 p.m.
