Michael R. Carney RACINE – Michael R. Carney, 61, passed away at his home on Tuesday, July 30, 2019. Mike was born in Chicago, IL on August 12, 1957. He worked for Cree Lighting for many years. Mike was an artist and loved to collect baseball cards and memorabilia and coins. Survivors include his mother, Nellie Carney; brother and sisters, Joe (fiancé, Trina) Carney, Sue (Steve) Burton and Debbie Carney; his best friends, Dave Terry and Jeff Bortz; and his cat, Harry. In keeping with Mike's wishes, cremation has taken place.
