McKenzie Rose Hoegsted
McKenzie Rose Hoegsted, 22, passed away at her residence on Sunday, October 23, 2022.
McKenzie was born in Racine on June 5, 2000, to Brian Hoegsted and Nicole Marando. She graduated from Oak Creek High School where she was on the cheerleading squad. McKenzie enjoyed sharing her voice with those around her singing and doing art. She had a carefree spirit. McKenzie was a proud aunt and enjoyed spending time with her nieces and nephew.
McKenzie will be forever missed by her father and step mother Brian and Crystal Hoegsted, mother Olga Nicole Marando, siblings Breanna Smits, Cody Hoegsted, Peter Gessert and Manuel (Ashley) Salas, Nieces and nephew, Kelsi, Brayden and Paige, grandparents Ronald and Carol Hoegsted, Reid Murphy, and Wayne and Kim Noyes, Uncles and Aunts, Steve (Alyce) Hoegsted, Annette (Noel) Hoegsted, Matt (Kelly) Hoegsted and Michelle Hoegsted, and Katie (Mike) LaRoque, special cousins Tyler, Peyton, Ethan and Lily and Jim (Nicole) Anderson. She is further survived by cousins, other relatives and friends. McKenzie was preceded in death by sister April Hoegsted and loving fiancé Michael Anderson.
A visitation for McKenzie will be held at the funeral home on Tuesday, November 8, 2022, from 4:00 until the time of service at 6:00 p.m. Private interment will take place. Memorials to the family have been suggested.
