RACINE – Mary Beth Jung, 67, passed away at Wheaton Franciscan All Saints on Monday, July 11, 2016. Mary Beth was born in Wauwatosa on November 11, 1948 to Dr. Harold T. and Dorothy (nee, Lowry) Schroeder. On June 29, 1979 she married James Jung. Mary Beth was a graduate of Wm. Horlick High School Class of '66, following which she earned her Bachelors of Fine Arts Degree from Carrol College. She also earned a degree in interior design from Gateway Technical College. Mary Beth was an artist who loved painting and drawing her friends, family, and her beloved boxers. She also enjoyed decorating her Country French homes, painting murals, sewing curtains and pillows, and finding unique items from around the globe on Ebay. She was always scouring decorating books, magazines, and Pinterest for inspiration and loved attending her daughter's sporting events. Survivors include her husband, James Jung; and her daughters, Cymbria Jung and Caroline Jung. Mary Beth is also survived by other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents. In keeping with Mary Beth's wishes, a private family memorial service will be held.
