Mary Ann Injasoulian



Mary Ann (nee: Aykerian) Injasoulian, 93, passed away Tuesday, May 21, 2024. She was the beloved daughter of the late Kirkor and Oski (Taktakian) Aykerian.



She graduated from Horlick High School in 1949, and continued to plan reunion get-togethers with her classmates, until a few years ago. Mary Ann was employed by many popular companies, most notably, Don Hutson Chevrolet, Webster Electric, Goldblatts, Rainfair and United Mechanical. She retired from Pick 'N Save in 2011. Mary Ann was a proud and dedicated parishioner of St. Mesrob Armenian Church where she sung in the choir for more than 70 years. She also served on numerous church committees and organizations over her lifetime. She traveled extensively across the United States and abroad, visiting many ports of call along the way while traveling on cruise ships.



Nothing was more important to her then family. She is survived by her children Charles "Garo" (Kim) Injasoulian, Rose Ann Heller, Elizabeth Johnson and Tamara Becker and their respective children and grandchildren. In total she had eleven grandchildren, twenty-eight great grandchildren and two great, great grandchildren.She is further survived by many cherished friends and relatives, especially the Akgulian, Taktakian, Dadian, Minasian, Injasoulian and Hatounian families. Mary Ann was preceded in death by her sister Tamam Aykerian and her beloved aunt and uncle Vartine and Mihran Dadian, who raised her following the death of her mother.



Visitation for Mary Ann will be held at the funeral home on Sunday, June 2, 2024 from 3:00 PM – 5:45 PM with prayer service at 5:45 PM and at St Mesrob Church on Monday, June 3, 2024 from 9:00 AM –10:00 AM with service beginning at 10:00 AM. Interment will follow at Mound Cemetery. In lieu of flowers Memorials to St Mesrob Armenian Church have

been suggested.



The family would like to thank the staff at Parkview Gardens and St. Croix Hospice for the outstanding care and compassion given to Mary Ann and her family during this difficult time.
