Mark was named Mr. Racine through his 17 years of on-air experience with Magnum Media/and WRJN and his life-long dedication and love for Racine and Racine County. He served as Alderman for the 7th District of the City of Racine from 1997-1999. Mark ran for Mayor in 1999 receiving 45% of the vote in a losing battle.
