Marcella Adeline Parcels Racine - Marcella Adeline Parcels, 87, passed into eternal life on Tuesday, November 13, 2007 at Ridgewood Care Center.Marcella was born on February 21, 1920 in Racine to Joseph and Elisabeth (Luedtke) Webster. On September 20, 1941 Marcella married Clarence W. 'Ted' Parcels at St. John's Lutheran Church, where she was baptized, confirmed and educated. She also attended Horlick and Park High Schools. During WWII, while Ted served with the United States Army Air Corps, Marcella continued to work at Webster Electric. When Ted returned, she devoted herself to making a comfortable home for her family. She was an avid Packer and Brewer fan and enjoyed cooking and sewing. Ted and Marcella later joined Peace Lutheran Church, where Marcella was appreciated for the baked goods she made for the fellowship gatherings.Marcella was preceded in death by her parents, step-father Erv Kriedlman, two infant sisters, sisters-in- law, and brothers- in- law. She is survived by her husband, Clarence 'Ted' Parcels; daughters, Cyndie (Pete) McConnell and Barb (Len) Majewski; grandchildren, Rebecca (Steve) Svensson, Jake Majewski, Jessica (Kimo) Littlejohn, Josh and Amanda McConnell; great grandchildren, Na' ala and Kalei Littlejohn, Jacob and Charlie Svensson; sister, Lorraine Secanky, three sisters in law; special cousins, LaVerne Chernouski and Mildred Mortensen; many nieces and nephews.Funeral services for Marcella will be held at the funeral home on Friday, November 16, 2007 at 7 p.m. with Rev. Daniel Feldscher officiating. Interment will take place at West Lawn Memorial Park. Relatives and friends may meet with the family at the funeral home on Friday from 5 p.m. until the time of services. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to Peace Lutheran Church or Ridgewood Care Center.The family would like to thank the staff of Ridgewood Care Center for all of their care and concern.
