RACINE – Lyle E. Bowen, 85 passed away on Saturday, February 17, 2024 at Ascension All Saints.
Lyle was born on December 31, 1938 to Harry and Adelia (nee, Danielson) Bowen. He married the former Sandra Schosser. She preceded him in death on July 3, 2013. Lyle retired from Racine Steel Castings after more than 38 years. He enjoyed hunting and loved fishing every chance he got.
Lyle is survived by his daughter, Rebecca Bowen; brother, Irvin (Kay Schneider) Bowen; and his sister-in-law, Connie Bowen. Lyle is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his son, Robert Bowen; two sisters; and five brothers.
Lyle will be laid to rest alongside his wife in Graceland Cemetery privately.
