Racine – Loretta J. Williams, 84, passed away at Hospice House Mt. Pleasant on Tuesday, February 18, 2014. Loretta was born in Milwaukee on July 22, 1929 to William and Pauline (nee, Schaff) Fonder. She married Harold E. Williams on January 11, 1958 and were married 53 years. He preceded her in death on August 28, 2011. Among the things she enjoyed were cooking, quilting, traveling, theater and most of all making everyone smile. Loretta is survived by her children, Randy (Julie) Williams, Karleen (Mark) Whelan and Greg (Lori) Williams; and grandchildren, Nick, Max, Kris and John; and her great-grandchildren, Allison, Greg and Micah. Loretta is also survived by other relatives and her many friends who affectionately called her "ma". Funeral services for Loretta will be held at the funeral home on Saturday, February 22, 2014 at 10 a.m. Interment will follow at Caledonia Memorial Park Cemetery. Relatives and friends may meet with the family at the funeral home on Friday evening from 5 until 8 p.m. In lieu of flowers, memorial directed to American Cancer Society or Hospice Alliance.
