Union Grove – Loretta Kratzsch, 89, passed away at Oak Ridge Care Center on Friday, November 27, 2009. Lori was born in Racine on May 15, 1920. She grew up in the Racine area before moving to Chicago where she spent most of her life. Lori loved to collect, especially jewelry and purses. She also was an avid reader and love poetry. Lori is survived by many friends. She was preceded in death by special friends, Cesar Yocco, Emma VanSwol and Mary Yocco. Funeral services for Lori will be held at the funeral home on Saturday, December 5, 2009 at 11 a.m. with Rev. John Fleming officiating. Interment will take place at Graceland Cemetery. Visitation for Lori will be held at the funeral home on Saturday morning from 10 a.m. until the time of services. Memorials may be directed to the American Heart Association. Lori's friends would like to extend their appreciation to the staff at Oak Ridge Care Center for all of their care and friendship they showed to Lori.
