RACINE – Lois Esther Haake, 94, passed away at Golden Age Care on Wednesday, December 31, 2014. Lois was born in Chicago, IL on June 30, 1920 to Carl and Hertha (nee, Paultz) Harder. She married Roy Haake, who preceded her in death. Lois was an avid golfer well into her 80's. She will always be remember for her great cooking. Lois is survived by her son, Glenn Haake, Sr.; grandson, Glenn (Kim) Haake, Jr.; and her grandchildren, Devin, Kristin and Alex. She is also survived by other relatives and friends. In keeping with Lois' wishes, cremation has taken place. A service in her memory will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to a local Hospice care organization of your choice. Our family would like to extend a special thanks to Roman and the staff at Golden Age Care for the great care and Love shown to my grandmother.
