Racine – Lloyd E. Bowman, 86, passed away at Becker-Shoop Center on Sunday, February 12, 2012. Lloyd was born in the Town of Raymond on June 28, 1925 to Samuel and Catherine (nee, Hanson) Bowman. He married the former Marjorie A. Holtz. Lloyd served in the U.S. Army during WWII and Korea. He retired from J.I. Case Company. Survivors include his wife, Marjorie A. Bowman; sons, David (Linda) Bowman and James Bowman; and grandchildren, Jamie Bowman and Justin Bowman. Lloyd is also survived by other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents; and his sister, Elsie Pfleger. Private family services will be held followed by interment at West Lawn Memorial Park.
