RACINE – LeRoy Weber, 79, passed away at Wheaton Franciscan All Saints on Saturday June 14, 2014. Lee was born in Morrill, NE on May 31, 1935 to Christ and Katherine (nee, Eisel) Weber. He married the former Rose-Marie Belongia and have celebrated 54 years of marriage. Lee served in the U.S. Army from 1957-59. He retired from Twin Disc in 1993 after more than thirty years. Lee loved to travel and was a proud "snowbird", spending winters in Brooksville, FL. He enjoyed his fishing trips, playing his accordion, listening to polkas and country music, remodeling and was known by his family as "Mr. Fix It." Most importantly he was family oriented, loved having company and spending time with his grandchildren. Survivors include his wife, Rose-Marie Weber; children, Michael (Lisa) Weber, Karen (David) Shelton and Patricia (Jason Hamilton) Weber; grandchildren, Madison Shelton, Alexandria Shelton, Jonathon Weber, Amanda Weber and Savannah Hamilton; Lee is also survived by his nieces, Susan Appleget and Lynn Weber; other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents; and a brother and sister-in-law. Funeral services for Lee will be held at the funeral home on Tuesday, June 17, 2014 at 7 p.m. Interment will take place at West Lawn Memorial Park. Relatives and friends may meet with the family at the funeral home on Tuesday evening from 6 p.m. until the time of the service at 7 p.m. The family would like to extend a special thanks to the staff's at Wheaton Franciscan All Saints and Wheaton Franciscan Hospice for all their compassion and care of not only Lee but our entire family throughout the past year.
