RACINE- Larry "Joe" Brown, 63, passed away at his residence on Friday, June 22, 2018. Joe was born in Charleston, WV on August 16, 1954 to Arthur and Virginia (nee: Payne) Brown. He loved going fishing as well as playing cards and trips to the Casino.Joe is survived by his wife Anne and siblings. Robert (JoAnn) Payne, Janet McWatt, Roger Dean Brown, Wilma (Steve) Welch and Debbie (Gordon) Killips. He is further survived by Gary Krause, who was not only his best friend but more like a brother. Joe is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.A memorial service for Joe will be held at the funeral home on Monday, July 2 at 3:00 p.m. Relatives and friends may meet at the funeral home on Monday from 1:00 p.m. until the time of services. The family would like thank Dr. Ryan Engel and the staff of Ascension Healthcare Cancer Center for the exceptional care given to Joe during his illness.
