Keith J. Prochaska, 61, passed away on Friday, June 6, 2025.
Keith was born in Racine on October 9, 1963, to James K. and Janice A. (nee: Tuinstra) Prochaska. He grew up working on the family farm before becoming a CNC machinist. He enjoyed spending time outdoors hunting and fishing with his brothers and camping with Barb. Keith was also a fan of motocross. He loved to share memories of his beloved dog Sadie.
Keith is survived by his stepmother Janice L. Prochaska, niece Jennifer Baum and fiancée Barbara Jordan. He is further survived aunts, cousins and friends. Keith was preceded in death by his parents, bothers Kurt and Jeffrey and sister Jamie.
A visitation for Keith will be held at the funeral home on Saturday from 10:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. private interment will be held later in Caledonia Memorial Park.
