Racine- Julio Ramon Ramos, 70, passed away at his residence on Wednesday, September 22, 2010.Julio was born in Texas on April 12, 1940 to Ignacio and Santos (nee: Ramon) Ramos. He was employed for over 21 years at the Reef Point Marina. Julio enjoyed being outdoors doing yard work and traveling. He also loved his dogs, Chiquita and Dolly.Julio is survived by his sisters, Isabella Villareal, Teresa Anguiano, Refugia Deleon, Alicia Reyes and Margaret Hernandez and brothers, Daniel and Ruben Ramos. Further survived by Sue Bendickson, Leslie Bendickson, John and Kathy Mathison. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and many special friends. Julio was preceded in death by his parents; and brothers, Eugino, Gilberto, Ramon and Fernando. Private family services for Julio were held.The family would like to extend a special thanks to Dr. Zell and staff at Swift Care for all of their care and compassion.
