Julie Celeste, 69, passed away at home on Sunday, July 9, 2023.
Julie was born in Racine on February 24, 1954, to the late William and Joyce (nee, Petersen) Kister. She married Mark Celeste. Julie operated Our We Ones Family Day Care for many years.
Survivors include her husband, Mark Celeste; daughter, Cheryl Celeste and son, Curtis Celeste; her brother and sister, James Kister and Peggy (John Jay) Moore; sisters-in-law and brother-in-law, Barb McCloskey, John Celeste and Chris Celeste. Julie is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and special friends. She was preceded in death by her parents; father-in-law and mother-in-law, Ernest and Eileen Celeste, and her daughter, Crystal Rose Celeste.
A funeral service for Julie will be held at the funeral home on Monday, July 17, 2023, at 12 noon with Pastor Paul Rhoads officiating. Interment will take place at West Lawn Memorial Park. Relatives and friends are invited to meet with the family at the funeral home on Monday morning from 10:30 am until the time of the services at 12 noon.
