Racine – Julianne Lietzke, nee, Hammer, 81 passed away at Wheaton Franciscan All Saints on Sunday, July 28, 2013. Julianne was born in Pennsylvania on August 8, 1931 to Richard and Juanita Hammer. She married Donald Lietzke Sr. He preceded her in death. Julianne was a member of the Eagle's Club in Racine. She was an avid bowler and was involved in multiple leagues and attended a number of state bowling tournaments. Julianne loved to sew outfits for her daughters when they were growing up. Embroidery was something she always did weekly and played darts with the ladies at her apartment building.Julianne is survived by her children, Deborah (Jim) Bergman, Lisa Monterastelli, Frederick Lietzke and Donald (Sheila) Lietzke Jr.; and her grandchildren, Sean, Jamie, Alec Monterastelli, Kailey and Kristen Lietzke. Julianne is also survived by other relatives and friends. Funeral services for Julianne will be held at the West Lawn Memorial Park Chapel on Thursday August 1, 2013 at 11 a.m. Interment will take place at West Lawn Memorial park. Relatives and friends may meet with the family at the funeral home on Wednesday evening from 5 until 7 p.m. Memorials may be directed to the American Heart Association or for her grandchildren's education fund.
