Obituary
On December 1, 1945, Joyce was born in Milwaukee to the late Walter C. and Luella (nee: Anderson) Mattick.
On September 22, 1968, in Milwaukee, Joyce married Ernst W. Tamm Sr.
Joyce was a lifelong active member of the New Apostolic Church, where for many years, she sang in the choir. Her greatest strength was her faith; her greatest joy was being a grandma. Joyce enjoyed crocheting and watching Hallmark movies; she loved fishing and adored her dogs, migrating birds and backyard wildlife. While her home cooking delighted family and guests, Joyce also appreciated fine dining at her favorite restaurants.
She is survived by her husband of 56 years Ernst "Ernie" Tamm; her son Ernst W. (Jennifer) Tamm Jr.; her daughter Robin (Steve) Cianciola; her grandchildren E.J., Sienna and Gage, her sister Joan (Gerald) Winkler and her sister-in-law, Gerda Mattick.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by a her brother John Mattick.
A memorial service for Joyce will be held on Saturday, December 14, 2024 at 10:00 a.m. at New Apostolic Church, 11722 W Florist Avenue, Milwaukee, WI 53225. A music program preceding the service will begin at 9:30 a.m. Relatives and friends may meet with the family from 8:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m.
