Jose M. Soto, 44, passed away at his residence in Racine on Friday, February 18, 2022. Friends and family will meet at Purath-Strand Funeral Home on Saturday, February 26 from 4:00PM - 6:00PM. A prayer service lead by Deacon Roberto Fuentes will follow at 6:00PM. Jose will be buried in his hometown of Durango in Mexico.
